Built from the inside of broken businesses.

I started in sales - three years managing and working alongside companies of all sizes. What I kept seeing was the same thing: businesses doing real revenue, but losing a significant portion of it because of what happened after the sale.

Refunds that didn't need to happen. Clients who left because no one followed up. Support teams with no structure, no SOPs, no accountability. I started fixing these problems informally - and the results were immediate enough that I built a consultancy around it.
